Daniela is a licensed psychotherapist and National Certified Counselor who earned her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University.
Daniela takes a collaborative and holistic approach while working with adults and adolescents facing life stressors and mental health challenges. Daniela draws from multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, among others. She believes her role is to provide a confidential, supportive and judgment-free space to facilitate healing and self-growth. Daniela is passionate about helping individuals to quiet their inner self-critic while building and strengthening their positive-self.
Daniela has experience providing individual and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation for individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses. Daniela has worked with clients to set and work towards their social, educational, and occupational goals while managing their mental health symptoms.
